Radars beat Petrolia
Submitted By Staff on Thursday, January 23, 2020
In Clinton on Friday, Jan. 17 – with playoffs looming and two extremely important points on the line – the Clinton Radars beat the short-staffed Petrolia Squires 10-4.

Steven Shipley had his first hat-trick as a Radar.

Hard-working forward Derek Elliott chipped in with two goals and single markers came from Max Campbell, Cullen Mercer, Ray Huether, Josh Cornelissen and Stephen Sanza

Clinton outshot the visitors 49-23.

The Radars can still finish anywhere from 3rd to 5th, depending on how it all shakes out.

The Radars (15-6) wrap up their regular season by hosting the Shelburne Muskies (15-4) on Friday, Jan. 24 at 8:30pm.

Playoffs will start the weekend of February 7-8.
